- Changeover day: Saturday
- Check in after: 16:00pm
- Check out before: 10:00am
- Rates above include local taxes including Eco-Tax, rental of villa, cleaning & maintenance. Extra cleaning may be possible with additional costs payable locally.
- Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date
- A damages/breakages deposit of 4,000 euros is payable prior to or on arrival. This is refundable one week after the end of the rental period as collateral against any damages.
- During the months of July & August, it is only possible to book the villa with the 8 bedroom option for up to a maximum of 16 guests.
- Rates based on 7 night stays. For bookings less than 7 nights, please enquire for an exact quote. (In July & August bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights.)
- Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

This villa, a truly majestic country estate, just minutes from the picturesque, east-coast bays of Cala Pada and Niu Blau, this sprawling property sleeps 16 people in three independent buildings, making it ideal for corporate events, weddings or large groups. Boasting a frontline, sea facing location on a rural hillside only 10 minutes walk from the attractive resort of Santa Eulalia, the property offers pine forest surroundings and panoramic views. The main house has a total of five double bedrooms all with air conditioning and each with its own en suite bathroom.

On the upper level the Master suite is fitted with a flat screen TV, and leads to a huge roof terrace with spectacular sea views, whilst the second double bedroom has a private balcony The three guest bedrooms on the ground floor are all unique in design, two have independent entrances, one to a terrace and one to a courtyard, whilst the third has a grand feature fireplace The living room is light, airy and comfortably furnished for relaxation with an elegant dining area.for entertaining. This extends to a shaded terrace and BBQ for the complete alfresco meal experience.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room as well as a separate home cinema with plush sofas, satellite TV, surround sound and WIFI. The remainder of the accommodation is divided between two independent annexes in the grounds. La Fourmi, is totally self sufficient, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room and roof terrace with breathtaking views. The property, as a whole, boasts some aesthetically pleasing Moorish features including: arched windows, intricately tiled floors and decorative, porcelain wall lights but the pool house, in particular, has a real Morrocan influence, with its domed ceiling, it incorporates a beautiful, richly decorated bedroom and en suite bathroom. Perfect for use as a honeymoon suite, this room also provides music to the pool area, for all to enjoy.

The external areas of this luxurious country retreat have much to offer, including: shaded zones equipped for table tennis, table football and other games. There is an extensive sun terrace surrounding a generous, subtly-lit pool, complete with diving board. The south-facing gardens, incorporating vibrant flowering plants and a dense carpet of mature trees, lead directly down to the sea, whilst a circular pond is alive with thriving goldfish and coy carp. The provision of electronic gates to ensure privacy as well as covered parking for several vehicles add to the appeal of the property as a base, either for relaxation or for exploration of the island.

The villa is situated just 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau, and within easy walking distance to exclusive restaurants such as Babylon Beach Club and Niki Beach. The capital of Ibiza town is a 25 minute drive away and the airport 30 minutes. The family-friendly resort of Es Cana is 2km from the villa and Santa Eulalia is approximately 1km. The resort of Santa Eulalia has the reputation of being one of the most desirable areas for family holidays and has great cosmopolitsn appeal. The town beach is flanked by a lovely promenade lined with international eating establishments. In fact there is a wealth of restaurants and modern shops standing side-by-side with traditional squares hosting market stalls, as well as a very chic sporting Marina.
