A truly beautiful, traditional farmhouse, this family home is well equipped to sleep up to eight people in a private and relaxing setting, overlooking the stunning countryside of Santa Eulalia. This typical villa is situated just a five minute drive up from the main Ibiza to Santa Eulalia road, very close to the east-coast resort centre but in a tranquil hillside location with rural views.

The house is an original finca which has been enhanced by the addition of modern touches of luxury. The air conditioned Master suite has its own private terrace boasting 360 degree views over the pool, gardens and pine forests. It also has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and twin washbasins There are a further three bedrooms with double or twin beds, all are airconditioned with a private bathroom and safe.

The living area is open-plan featuring a typical fireplace, original artefacts and wooden beamed ceilings. A perfect place to get out of the sun it also has comfortable sofas and is equipped with digital TV and music. The interior also boasts an elegant dining area and a renovated kitchen which has every modern appliance required for meal preparation. This area extends to a charming, shaded porch with a large table for eating alfresco and taking in the views of the pool area and the surrounding countryside.

This lovingly tended holiday home enjoys perfectly manicured lawns incorporating a fully equipped BBQ area, brightly coloured flower beds and an elevated, furnished stone pool terrace surrounding the inviting, 10mx5m swimmng pool. All overlooking the rich, rolling pine forests of Santa Eulalia and, in the near distance a sister villa, sleeping six people in the same impeccable style. Santa Eulalia is the largest region of Ibiza and the town, historically, boasts the only river on the island. Today the resort has the reputation of being one of the most desirable areas for family holidays and has great cosmopolitsn appeal. The town beach is flanked by a lovely promenade lined with international eating establishments. In fact there is a wealth of restaurants and modern shops standing side-by-side with traditional squares hosting market stalls and a very chic sporting Marina. The neighbouring resort of Cala Llonga has a stunning horseshoe-shaped bay with calm turquoise waters and soft sand surrounded by lush green pine forests. It has the only Golf course on the island and also has its fair share of good restaurants bars and shops.
