This ideal family villa, situated within easy walking distance of the charming little village of San Jose, has a large 6m x 12m pool with steps into it, a BBQ, and sun terrace which is directly accessible from the lounge and main spacious double bedroom.

The lounge-dining room has a TV, DVD, Satellite, radio/CD with i-pod connection, Wifi and fire place.

The well equipped kitchen has 4 gas rings, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle etc.

The main bedroom with large double bed (2 mattresses), leads directly onto the pool terrace. There are 2 more bedrooms one with twin beds and one with another large double bed (2 mattresses)and a shower/toilet en suite. The main bathroom has a bath, basin, bidet, WC and separate shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house is situated in mature gardens,on the edge of a small wood, great for the children to explore,at the end of a quiet cul de sac with great views to the valley of San Agustin and wonderful sunsets over the hills, with the sea in the distance.

Suitable for Long-Term Rental. Children are welcome. Pets are considered. Suitable for elderly or infirm.
