The bespoke kitchen is fitted with appliances of the highest specifications, has a generously proportioned breakfast bar for group dining and a utility room at the disposal of guests.

Air conditioned and centrally heated throughout, the villa also has two, traditional wood-burning chimneys, ceiling fans and authentic beamed ceilings. The 17m x 4m swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower covers the entire length of the villa's immense outdoor living and dining terrace. The gardens are immaculately tended and incorporate a fully equipped BBQ, Boules pitch and numerous, intimate chill-out areas. Carved into the hillside in order to capitalise on the spectacular scenery, this elegant villa enjoys the vibrant sunsets of western Ibiza. The villa is located overlooking the celebrated beach of Cala Salada in the scenic region of San Jose, famed for its incomparable sunsets. The resort of San Antonio, with its multitude of leisure activities is just five minutes by car, whilst the captial of Ibiza town is 25 minutes and the airport 30-40 minutes drive away. Cala Salada is a sheltered cove surrounded by traditional boathouses and situated on the west coast of Ibiza. It is a location favoured by private boat owners due to its secluded setting, not served by tourist ferries. The sea here is calm and the pine-covered hillsides slope gently to the soft sand. A stretch of beach extending from a historic stone tower to the right is popular with naturists for its complete privacy. The nearest supermarkets and leisure facilities are in San Antonio whilst the village of San Jose offers some good local restaurants.
