The best in Ibiza!! We viewed so many different properties through many different agents on the island and Karen was by far the best agent we dealt with.

Don’t hesitate in using them!!! I’m retired now but I’ve been in prime real estate for 30 years ( private sector in Uk and Europe , Savills uk , Sotheby’s Uk and Balearia) point is, I’ve been around the block in real estate and know good agents from bad. Recently, we decided to buy a couple of investment properties and initially just looked in the Everything Ibiza window in San Jose and then went in and registered. From the initial greeting right through to us agreeing deals, they were friendly and professional. Karen has been our main contact and she has probably phoned/messaged us more than all the others agents ( at least 10 ) put together. Without expectation on our part she responded quickly to all messages regardless of day or night and has always been completely honest about all information she either had or need to go and get. The knowledge level is really good; of course they don’t know every property but seemed to have good local comparable property knowledge for everything we spoke about ( regardless of if it one was of theirs or something we viewed with another agent) One thing I’ve learnt over the years is not to be constantly bias toward your own listings at the cost of your genuine opinion ( sadly something many agents never learn) The result of selfless, gracious honesty is of course total trust in the agent, which Karen achieved. As you can probably guess, sadly , we didn’t agree a deal on one of the many properties viewed with Karen but that’s solely bad luck on her part. Karen is gracious and continues to be helpful even with questions about the purchases for which she gets no commission. A Good stock of listings is of course essential but Karen and her boss Yvonne are a great example of good agency being so much about the relationship with the client. Bravo!!

Ik weet nog dat hij me wat foto’s liet zien van de medewerkers van verschillende makelaars, en jouw snoetje sprak ons aan. Gewoon een gevoel! Dat gevoel was juist! Wat je graag wil is dat je het gevoel hebt dat iemand “je snapt”! Zeker in deze onzekere tijd met Covid Want wat is nog zeker? Juist “dat” deed je! Nog steeds sta je klaar met allerlei mensen die ervoor kunnen zorgen dat we ons niet alleen voelen. Of het nu een taxichauffeur is, of iemand die allerlei klusjes voor ons kan doen. Wat man o man, wat is het een klus. Dan is het zo van belang dat je je gesteund voelt! Wat ons het meest heeft geraakt in dit project, is dat we nooit het gevoel hebben gehad dat we “te veel” waren. Want wat hebben we je vaak gebeld, gemaild en geappt. Over de meest praktische zaken, maar zeker ons steeds weer ondersteunend in onzekerheid en gevoel! Doen we het wel goed? Kopen we geen kat in de zak? Is het een goede investering? Want een ander land heeft een taal barrière en een andere mentaliteit! I cannot praise everything ibiza Properties enough - fact! If I could give 6 stars I would! Buying a property abroad can potentially be quite daunting - not so with this company. Yvonne and Karen were absolute Trojans in helping us achieve our dream of an Ibizan property. They helped with everything needed and were on call at any time with any queries or questions.
