We’re based in the heart of Sant Josep, available all year round, and still talking to clients we helped settle in a decade ago. Meet
John Anderson
Director - Administration
Hailing from Glasgow, John has lived and worked in Ibiza for 35 years, arriving on the island to work in the travel and tourism industry. John is reliable and on-the-ball; he keeps all admin and compliance matters running smoothly. Based in our office in Sant Josep he maintains the website, the social media channels and the e-commerce marketing. John also works with the local councils, architects, engineers and lawyers.
Yvonne Anderson
Managing Director
Coming from Beverley, East Yorkshire, Yvonne originally worked in the travel industry and has lived and worked in Ibiza for almost 40 years. She created and built everything Ibiza Properties with a service-first mindset. After a number of years studying in Palma Mallorca, Yvonne qualified as an Assessor of Property and is a certified technical member of the Association of Balearic Real Estate Assessors. Yvonne is also an associate member of ANAI, the Association of National Estate Agents.
Scarlett Sanchez-Marcos
Director · Property Sales
Scarlett is a Spanish-American specialist who helps clients navigate the market and coordinates with the wider team. Majoring in communications with ample experience as a Sales Executive, Scarlett has a deep-rooted passion for Real Estate and Ibiza’s unbeatable energy. She joined the team as a Sales Consultant and Yvonne’s Personal Assistant but is now a partner and company Director.
